I went to the doctors with Tinnie so I could watch Trystan for her. He was a good boy while we were waiting and I gave him a bottle. Bryan met us at their house so he could caulk her windows as it has been cold, and we took some of the insulated material that we put in the motorhome windows when it gets cold for her to put in the window.

Bryan finished the table he was building and we put our Christmas decorations up. One advantage to being in the same place is we can put our decorations up early as we won't be moving!!!

We met 28 years ago today. Who would have thought that night that we would still be together 28 years later and traveling in our motorhome.
RV Pro came out to put our inverter back and told us it would be fine as he has hooked it up but he thinks we need new batteries.

When we woke up this morning the batteries were dead. Bryan reconnected the converter and phoned RV Pro but they don't work at weekends. Fortunately this work around will keep us going through the weekend.

Today was "Santa at the Lakes" at the park. Bryan & I volunteered. They had asked us to be Santa & Mrs. Claus and I wouldn't have minded doing that but was worried that I wouldn't be able to hear or understand the children. I sometimes have trouble with high pitched voices. So, Bryan helped with parking and I helped in the food concession making popcorn. It was crowded and the need for popcorn, hot dogs, nachos and cheese was continuous. Everyone had fun though and Santa arrived in a decorated golf cart and had pictures taken with the kids. Snow was brought in. Tinnie came over with Trystan and after our shift we came back to the motorhome to relax.

RV Pro came out and determined that we need new batteries. We told them we would have to wait a while and they offered them to us for the cost of the batteries and would waive the installation fee. We will give them a call to arrange installation.

We got free tickets for Seaworld and went with Ryan, Christina & Trystan. It was decorated for Christmas and we had a fun day although it was cold.
Clyde & Seamore Xmas Show
Dolphin Xmas Show.
Shark Aquarium
Rays| Ryan feeding the Ray. I tried but chickened out when I saw it sucking on Ryan's arm. I did stroke them though. |
Shamu Show. They are stopping this show at the end of the year. They are not allowed in the water with the whales now and the show is not as good. The Dolphin show has improved though I think.

Trystan is 3 months old today.
Here's a picture of his daddy at work.

We went to Miramar to collect our prescription refills that I had called in. It was a very easy process here and we were seen immediately. Bryan wanted to look at the Flying Leathernecks Museum here and it was an interesting visit. These small museums are run by volunteers and we always have interesting conversations with them as we find out where they've been and they're always just as interested in where Bryan has served.
They have quite a few static displays, here are a few of them.

Ryan, Christina and Trystan came over to visit. We sat outside while Ryan worked on his model tank. We're all looking very serious, ha!! ha!!
Christina and I took Trystan over to the playground. I sat on the swing with him and took him up to the slide but we didn't go down. He's a little too young yet. It's a nice small playground directly across from where we are parked.
We went for a walk as well and Tinnie saw an area that she liked that would be good for Trystan's 1st Birthday party next September.
In the UK, Bailey & Kai visited Santa, Mrs Claus and the reindeer.
Ryan & Christina took Trystan to some local museums at Balboa Park.

Andy Murray won "BBC Sports Personality of the Year" and the GB Davis Cup Team won "BBC Sports Team of the Year". I got friends and relatives to vote as I can't from the USA. Thanks to those of you who obliged.
We put the hummingbird feeder back up and the hummingbirds returned very quickly.
We think this is the hummingbird nest in the tree by us.
Here is a short VIDEO of Trystan watching the train going around the Christmas tree.
I will put the second part of December in a separate blog as there will be many more pictures.
