Palm Springs Air Museum

March 18th, 2016

We went to the Palm Springs Air Museum today.  We had talked with a gentlemen at the El Centro air show from there and he told us about it.  It wasn't far from the campground so it didn't take us long to get there.

The Docent's and all the staff were friendly and the inside displays were well taken care of.  The outside aircraft, not so much.  They are really in need of a paint and a polish.  They are a privately funded museum and there is a lot of money in Palm Springs!!!

After we had looked around we had lunch in the small cafe that was inside.  it was a good menu with something for everyone and very reasonably priced.

All in all, a good day and good value for money.

We finished the day off with this sunset.

Thanks to Bryan for this blog, most of which is his work.
