We decided to stay in today as the weather report wasn't good and predicted high winds and rain. This bird was making the most of the calm weather before the storm.
It was mid morning when the rain and winds really started to "rock the boat" or was it "shake lily".
The pelicans were having trouble taking off and landing.
It calmed down and stopped raining late afternoon and we had an amazing sunset again.
The Osprey nest behind us survived thankfully but did look a bit windswept.

We didn't do anything today and worked on getting pictures downloaded and updating the blogs. It's surprising the time that takes.

It's Easter Sunday but doesn't feel like it. Some people were out fishing on the river.

There were quite a few of them packed on that boat!!!
We've had a frog back with us for a few days and tonight he had multiplied to three. They like to sit by the light and catch flies. Those of you that follow the blog know that we have had frogs with us before. They have even travelled with us in the awning between stops. They always seem to appear in April, around dads birthday or anniversary of his death. I'm sure it's his way of telling us he's with us.
Tomorrow, we are going out for the day as we have been cooped up in the house all weekend. We are looking forward to getting out.
