It was time to move on again. We had a really nice two weeks at Ives Run. Nice and relaxing, just what we needed after hectic Gettysburg!!!
We have passed these train carriages that have been decorated with graffiti/paintings many times while here but I got a better view being higher up in the motorhome.

There was a train going through.
We drove through Wellsboro, which has been our local shopping area while we've been here. Its a nice little old fashioned town.
We arrived at Woodland Campground in Woodland, Pa. Mike & Lisa were very welcoming. We'll be here for a month, so looking forward to some downtime.
This bird welcomed us. We have seasonal campers beside us and in front of us, but it looks as though they only come at weekends. The people in the site by this bird have made an enclosed small garden.
We had a butterfly visit as well.June 14th, 2021We visited Penns Cave. You can read the Blog HERE.

We found a store that sold our favorite Bimbo Bread and saw that they had stock, so we drove 45 minutes to get some. 😉 Yep, we have nothing better to do, but it was so good and we bought 3 loaves to last us a little while.
Loved this "No Smoking" sign by a children's playground. Haven't seen one like this before.

We've had some awesome sunsets here. Here's some pictures. Sorry they're not great but taken from inside the motorhome and through our shade cloth.
Tomorrow we leave and head to our next campground where we also have a month stay. It's been nice taking it easy but time does fly and we realized we haven't even walked around the park and Bryan hasn't fished in the lake.

It's moving day and I took some pictures as we were checking out.
This is a bear trap and it appeared about a week ago. Apparently the owners had seen a bear around the dumpsters. Not long after we arrived here, Bryan actually came back from taking the trash out one night and said he heard what sounded like a bear. We made sure to take the trash out during the day after that.

We filled the motorhome with propane as we were empty. The tank has lasted us since we left Jacksonville mid January though, so that's not bad. It helps since we got the toaster oven as we use that instead of the regular oven. It's made quite a difference in our propane use. We also keep the fridge and hot water heater on electric except when traveling.
This works well when we don't have to pay for electric, but at this monthly stay and the next one we have to pay for electric that we use. It cost us $152 for this month. Their cost is 18 cents/kwh, which seems a bit high to me but we haven't had to pay electric for a while so I don't know. Site rent was only $525 though, so a total of $677, averaging $22.56 a day. It is difficult to find a full hook up site at that rate for a day or weekly site.
It rained on and off as we drove but wasn't too bad.
Lily, our motorhome, wanted to go and visit the town Lilly but it wasn't to be.
After driving through the town of Somerset which had some narrow roads and tight turns we made it to Hickory Hollow Campground. This looks like a nice campground and our site overlooks the children playground in the distance, so it will be fun watching the kids play.
