We left Creekside Campground and headed to Gettysburg. Thankfully we didn't meet anyone coming the opposite way on the one lane road out of the campground, phew!!

We were only in West Virginia a short while but we will be back for an overnight stay in August. Then into Maryland, where we will be visiting on some day trips while at Gettysburg.

We got settled in and put our new stickers on our map.

Three new states in one day. That's not bad. Unfortunately that will be all the new States for this year. We had planned on doing all the North East states up to and including Maine but the virus put an end to that. All of the remaining states in the North East had travel restrictions when we finalized our plans for the year so they lost out on our presence. We will stay in Pennsylvania for three months before moving East and South.

We had a rest day and planned our outings while we are here. Lots of history to explore. Next up, touring the Battlefields of Gettysburg.
