6 Month Anniversary & Ready, Steady for Daytona

Today it's our 6 month anniversary. Yes, we have been on the road 6 months.  Although we have lived in the motorhome fulltime for 15 months.
We have traveled 3,380 miles and spent 68 hours 40 minutes on the road.
Our favorite campground is North Llano River, Junction, Texas.  We were only here one night and it was quite expensive but the covered patio and rocking chairs were very nice.

Our favorite place is Pensacola, Florida.  This beach was on a military campground near to the one we stayed at.  The beaches here are great and were usually deserted.  We have always liked Pensacola, having visited here at least three times before.  We looked at houses here but it is too soon to settle down yet but maybe one day we will live here, who knows!!

February 14th - February 17th, 2014

We didn't really celebrate Valentines Day apart from telling each other I love you, which is something we do nearly every day anyway, & Happy Valentines Day. We went food shopping to get stocked up ready for our trip to Daytona next week for the Daytona 500.    We are getting excited to be parked in the infield there for the week from Feb. 18th until the 24th.  As near as I can work out I think we will be parked where the d in "move over grandstands and click to zoom in" is between turns 1 & 2 but we won"t know for sure until we get there.  

I found a blueprint for a flagpole on the internet and Bryan made it, ready for Daytona.  

It didn't take very long at all and he will probably make another one for my Union Jack and one for his Dale Earnhardt Sr., and Saints flags, according to season!!!

At Daytona we won't have hookups so I'm not sure how much internet, tv etc. we will get.  We will limit it which will probably be a good thing.  We are ready to head to Daytona in the morning.
