| Here he is just chillin!! |
We left Desert Rat RV Park and headed north west.
These planes were at
Mojave Air & Space Port where testing for the private space rockets including Virgin Galactic has taken place. Did you know that I love Richard Branson? I would love to meet him although I'm not sure what I would say to him. He's not afraid to try anything and seems a genuine human being. The wind turbines are plentiful in California, a great energy resource.

| Onions, anyone!!! |
There were hundreds of these oil derricks that were part of a Conoco oil field.
We arrived at Success Lake Corp Of Engineers Campground(COE), Tule, Ca., where we are going to stay for 2 nights. We get into COE campgrounds for half price as I have an
America the Beautiful Senior Pass. Quite the deal at $10 for a lifetime pass that gets you into National Parks and some other attractions for free and half price camping at some parks. This park cost us $15 a night instead of $30. Personally, I wouldn't pay $30 especially as it has no sewer hook ups. The COE campgrounds are usually by a man made lake and are beautiful. This one was no exception, however the grass needed cutting.
We went for a walk as the sun was beginning to set.
