This VIDEO and the next two pictures are courtesy of my daughter-in-law Christina Stewart. She saw this alligator on base in Jacksonville, Florida, and happened to be recording when it climbed over a fence. It has gone VIRAL!!!!! Her post alone has got over 4,000 shares and nearly 2 million views!!! It has made the news on numerous newspaper and tv channels, both here and overseas!!!! She has been inundated with requests for interviews but has turned them down. Watch the video linked above, it's amazing!!!!
There is an alligator that Bryan & Ryan see whenever they play golf on base, and we wondered if this is the same one.

Anyway, that was our excitement for today, ha!!ha!!!
A lot of the team trailers were preparing to leave today and Bryan went to get some pictures.
When he stopped at the Stewart-Haas trailer, he asked them if they had any promotional posters and they gave him a set. He stood and spoke to them for a while. This made up a little bit for his disappointment earlier in the week when he visited Stewart-Haas, and the cars were all out.
I took this picture of Tilly, our car, waiting patiently for Bryan to finish talking.
That was a good finish to our stay here. We leave tomorrow, heading West toward Hendersonville, North Carolina.
We got on the road quite early for us and headed west. Once we got out of Charlotte, the scenery got prettier and prettier.
We arrived safely at Jaymar Travel Park in Hendersonville, North Carolina and got settled in. Everything seems to work. The local channel tv pictures are a bit erratic but the satellite worked after it had warmed up a bit!!! Not sure what the problem is but it seems that after we stow the dish and then put it up again, it takes a while to work. At least it is working eventually.
I watched Andy Murray in his singles match at Winston Salem, which is just 150 miles away from where we are. Rain delayed play for a while but eventually he was on. He lost but played better than his last match and I was encouraged by his performance. He is going to focus on singles for a while, so we will wait and see when and where he decides to play next. I am just so amazed he is playing again and of course, very happy.
We have plans for this week, so keep tuned.
